This building dating from the 12th century is in the Lombard Romanesque style. The rectangular nave ends with a semicircular apse. The portico dates from the 20th century. The most characteristic architectural element is the square bell tower 17 meters high with three floors of germinated windows. It was built with large blocks of unpolished stone. It is decorated with bands and Lomabard arches. Over the arch of the top floor of windows sculptured humans heads are presented on both facades.
Inside the church there is a reproduction of Romanesque mural paintings by the master of Santa Coloma, dating from the 12th century which are kept in the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya.
